Bonjour ! I’m Stéphanie — a native French teacher for adults, passionate about helping you learn real French through culture, curiosity, and what YOU love most.
With nearly 18 years of experience teaching French as a foreign language (FLE), I’ve worked with learners of all levels — in universities, ministries, international organisations, language schools, and, for over a decade now, online (long before remote learning became the norm!).
I offer tailor-made online French lessons for adults, focused on real-life French the way native speakers actually use it — not textbook clichés. You choose the theme (see below 
), and I adapt everything to your goals: whether you’re learning French for work, relocation, study, travel, or personal interest.

Every day, I travel virtually across the globe through my online French lessons.
I start my mornings in Australia or Japan, continue through Europe, including the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and Spain, and end my day in North America, with students in Canada and the United States.

– the lesson is structured: I know what to expect (we have recap, what will be the new lesson etc.) beforehand the lesson
– I also like the goal setting, you are right, it is more specific, so we have a schedule to keep and be accountable
– I liked the 15 min approach idea
– I like those pictures and videos that you share about the French expressions → these make the lesson even more colorful.

Stephanie is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind - it is a real pleasure to learn from her. She has a very systematic and practical approach to teaching French which is focused on helping her students get comfortable with the language without getting stuck in the complexity and nuances unique to the language.
I highly recommend Stephanie as a French teacher. For me, I found it refreshing that she didn't just work from rigid lesson plans but would quickly adapt lessons to focus on my areas of difficulties or interest. She also made it interesting by helping to explain subtle aspects of French culture. In addition to being an excellent teacher she is also caring and has a good sense of humour which makes it easier for me to learn.
I really enjoy our lessons. They are varied, stimulating and fun. They are a good mixture of interesting topics, enough grammar to make me feel I am making some progress as far as accuracy is concerned. You soon understood the level I'm at and always give me lots of choice to ensure I am getting what I want or need. You are extremely patient and have a very good sense of humour. You are also flexible and above all, encouraging. It's a joy to learn with you...
Thanks very much for Stephanie's help, I have managed to understand French culture and familiar expressions better, and well-prepared for my move to France. Our classes are enjoyable, with a lot of fun stuffs and situation role-playing besides the knowledge part. Amazing teaching and Stephanie always varies it and plans the lessons with great insight. She makes learning fun and her she is amazing at flexing her style to suit her students - I can't recommend her highly enough .

I have been taking French lessons with Stephanie for the past 2 years and I can confidently say I wouldn’t be at the level I am at without her. The lessons are engaging with lots of preprepared materials for listening, vocabulary, writing, grammar and lots of support offered for any topics required - for example we did a lot of preparation for some interviews I had in French.
